A holistic campaign that began with visual merchandising, followed by mystery audit and a retailer gratification program. The campaign started with installing branded paraphernalia at the stores. A team of trained executives conducted a mystery audit 3 months post the visual merchandising to gauge the retailer's loyalty to the brand. Each retailer was marked against a set of parameters, wherein scoring high marks entitled them to be a part of LEAP (Logitech Enabled Authorized Partners) winning them reward points and gratification.
