The objective of the program was to build a relationship with the store sellers & educate them about the brand and the product. Hence, we created a long-term strategy of empowering the store sellers, arming them with WP product skills for the shop floor, hand-holding through the journey & leveraging the returns. A unique initiative in the industry, where store sellers are certified by Microsoft and partners. The program included workshops, skill refresh, sting audit, rewards, product learning apps with innovative characters and pre & post workshop knowledge assessment leading to a direct impact on sales.
