Public policy team at Amazon wanted to engage with customers & consumer organizations using street plays across 100+ cities and towns in priority states across the country.
We gave a powerful identity to the initiative and developed a street play narrative that highlighted consumer rights across ecommerce space via an edutaining story that imagined innocent animals of the jungle as regular e-commerce shoppers.
Edutainment style street play helped us highlight & bust myths around online shopping and showcase online shopping grievance redressal mechanisms. Lifelike silicone masks were developed to give each character rich feel.
Hyperlocal scripts were created to make the narrative easy to understand.
Mission GraHAQ was coined as an all encompassing, customer-empowerment initiative and was delivered via a street play that imagined Wild Animals as Shoppers of today.
